Vice President, Corporate Strategy and M&A Integration

As Vice President of Corporate Strategy and M&A Integration, Leah is responsible for Oracle's transformation from a product-oriented to a service-oriented company. In her role, Leah drives Oracle's business operations and M&A integration strategies and works across teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer, partner, and employee experiences from end to end alongside operational excellence. This includes a focus on Oracle's people (i.e. organizations and customer-first culture), processes (i.e. the journeys that make up the end-to-end experiences), and systems (i.e. the automation that powers and ensures exceptional experiences every time).

In addition, Leah is responsible for strategic communications and ensuring customers, partners, and employees have the information they need to achieve their desired outcomes. She is also responsible for Oracle's executive sponsorship program, which matches Oracle executives to strategic clients in order to help Oracle customers achieve their business goals.

Since 2014. Leah and her team have managed the integrations of 20+ acquired companies valued at $15bn+. And by accelerating transformation, Leah and her team have helped increase satisfaction rates and market gains while reducing costs.
