Sylvia Kainz

Sylvia currently manages an advisory and coaching company, focusing on organizational design, scaling, and strategic insights for Saas and Platform businesses.

Prior to her current role, Sylvia spent over 25 years in consulting and technology companies. She built the Revenue Operations team for Airbnb before leading one of its most successful Commercial teams, managing the company’s largest supply partnerships globally. Before that, she was responsible for building and leading the Revenue Operations teams at Eventbrite, Insideview, and Natera. She also has extensive experience scaling start-up companies in the US and Europe as COO.

Prior to her technology operational experience, Sylvia worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Accenture in their strategy consulting practices, advising start-ups and technology leaders on go-to-market strategies.

Sylvia received her undergraduate degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland (Lic.oec.publ) and her Master’s degrees from Tufts University (MALD) and Harvard University (MBA)  in Boston.
