Susan Felch

Educator

Susan Felch received her A.B. in Physics from Dartmouth College in 1979 and her Ph.D. in Physics from Stanford University in 1985. Since then she has spent over 30 years in the semiconductor equipment industry, working in research and development of new hardware and process technologies and technical marketing.

During that time she also volunteered in her sons’ elementary school classes, leading science experiments, and began participating in other programs where she led hands-on science lessons for elementary school students and middle school girls. She continued to spread her passion for introducing elementary school students to the physical sciences by joining Science is Elementary as a volunteer in 2016 and is excited to increase her involvement in the program as an Educator.
